ISZK (also known as ISZKTEC or the ZaKa Group) is a corporate conglomorate that appears in many different games. They are said to have over 1,300 subsidiaries, most notable among them ZaKa TV. According to the research of Jack Foley, the corporation was founded by and named after Taka Ishizaka in 1959 and was originally known as Ishizaka Electronics. Taka was later succeeded by his son, Steve Ishizaka.

In the world of killer7, ISZK seems to produce nearly all of the world's electronics, as almost everything carries the brand. This is due to their original analog products gaining a raise in popularity as analog electronics became the norm post-the supposed world peace. In this setting, their numerous business ventures also include ISZK Land and the music label that owns the rights to the work of Stacy Spangles.

Behind the scenes[edit]

The name "Ishizaka" comes from the at-the-time Grasshopper employee Akihiko Ishizaka, whose name is also used as the basis for multiple other characters.

ISZK was first introduced as the ZaKa Group in michigan, which was released shortly before killer7 featured them as ISZK. Hand in killer7's backstory of ISZK lines up with ZaKa TV's portrayal in michigan, reinforcing they are intended to be the same, although killer7 is its own setting.

Although not mentioned in-game, the manuals for the No More Heroes games say that Travis Touchdown's TV is ISZKTEC-brand.

In the game files for report*6:YAMI, there is a "Zaka Air" texture for the airplane that Tokio Morishima is on, however it cannot be seen in-game.
