A couple nights later Chisato, Mika and Yukari returned to [[Park I]] to continue their investigation when a semi truck's gearbox malfunctions and nearly kills the three girls. Chisato falls into the lake but is rescued by Sakai. He tells her the history of shrine that once resided atop the hill. That it was once an execution ground for those that opposed the rule of those in power, their decapitated heads were rolled down the stairs into the lake. A shrine was later erected to quell their spirits.
