"03 about nighthawk is the third case of the Matchmaker storyline of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. Centering on the Regional Adjustment Bureau investigating a tip concerning the mysterious Thousand Hotel, this chapter prominently features the Okiai Syndicate and hints at Tsuki's past with them.
