Matchmaker is the second story told alongside Correctness and Placebo in The 25th Ward. It follows Shinkai Tsuki and Yotaro Osato, two agents of the Regional Adjustment Bureau as they carry out their deadly assignments and try to conceal their existence from the the HCU, while being forced to deal with threats from within as well as Tsuki's past.
