Appearance and Personality
Uehara seems to resemble Akira and plays a similar role in the narrative. Sakura Natsume comments that Uehara reminds her of "him" seemingly referring to Akira. Uehara, like Akira is a silent protagonist acting more as an observer to the main action as opposed to directly participating. In Travis Strikes Again he appears as a speaking character that guides Travis Touchdown on his quest to collect the Death Balls.
History
