Bogart is a character in Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes. He is an assassin in the United Assassins Association.
History
Bogart was seemingly the first opponent of Charlotte Birkin (later known as Bad Girl) in the UAA, or at least the first one of her fights that was sent to her father, Shigeki Birkin, at her request. In the battle, Charlotte killed Bogart in a perfect victory without taking any hits herself.
If Bogart really was Charlotte's first opponent, we might assume that he was ranked above her in the UAA, which is further supported by Charlotte not taking on her 'assassin name' (or theme song) yet.
