"04 the lunar orbit is the fourth case of the Matchmaker storyline of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. It follows Tsuki and Osato as they pressure Tokio Morishima into becoming an informant for the Regional Adjustment Bureau under threat of death, as well as the intel Tokio provides concerning a Okiai Syndicate meeting.
