"01 underground theater is the first case of the Matchmaker storyline of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. It serves as an introduction to the Regional Adjustment Bureau as well as the two main characters of this story, Shinkai Tsuki and Yotaro Osato as they investigate the cause behind the Postal Federation attack on the 25th Ward Heinous Crimes Unit shown in Correctness.
Description
Tsuki and Osato are sent by the RAB to investigate the cause behind the Postal Federation deliverymen going berserk after the HC Unit's investigation of Milu Yuzuki's death. The pair meet with the diver present at the Bayside TowerLand apartment complex, Kamoguchi, who ends up dead due to Osato's inexperience and recklessness. The pair are forced to kill the deliverymen coming to give their testimonies after they react with hostility to Kamoguchi's murder, and are taunted by mysterious phone calls which allude to Ward 25's upheaval in the near future, as well as the return of Kamui.
