#01 new world order is the second case of the Correctness story of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. This chapter expands on the apparent murder seen in the previous chapter and introduces the 25th Ward Heinous Crimes Unit as well as pivotal characters Mokutaro Shiroyabu and Shinko Kuroyanagi.
