Yabukawa is a character in the Matchmaker and Placebo stories of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. He is a renowned senior member of the Regional Adjustment Bureau, having personally trained many of its junior members.
Appearance and Personality[edit]
Yabukawa is an older man with graying hair parted to the side. He has a scar over his lip, and wears a black suit with a grey tie. Yabukawa is experienced in the ways of adjustment, and many members of the RAB defer to his judgment. He shows a philosophical side up to and after his death.
