Backstory
Seiji was one of 1,440 boys chosen to be raised as a "Kamui copy" as part of the Shelter Kids Policy. After his time in the Shelter, he was placed in an orphanage where he met a fellow Shelter Kid, Yuuri Otowaya. As children he and Yuuri swore that they would become the happiest people in the world. Some time later, they became engaged. Yuuri wanted to have a wedding in a church so that they would always remember it, but Seiji was against it at first.

Seiji appears in Request 08: Ave Maria, visiting Lospass Island for the wedding.
