Kaiji Enzawa is a character in The Silver Case. He is an office worker who is secretly working for a syndicate. He serves as the antagonist of the Placebo storyline, harassing Tokio Morishima under the name "The Bat".

*05 MISOGI again showed Enzawa as one of the lingering consciousnesses in Tokio's mind after he returned to the 24th Ward. He appeared in the third-floor bathroom of Babylon, alongside Ayame and Kei Nanami. He said that he wanted to pass on to the afterlife, and wished Tokio would die so he could escape.
